Terms and Conditions of Sale and Online Payment
NZZOR — ALLOUNI TRAVEL AGENCY
This English version is provided for the convenience of international guests. The Arabic and French versions are the legally binding texts; in the event of any discrepancy, the Arabic version prevails.
Article 1 — Seller identification
In accordance with Article 7.2.1 of the merchant agreement for online CIB card payment acceptance:

Article 2 — Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern the entire contractual relationship between ALLOUNI TRAVEL AGENCY, operator of the NZZOR platform ("the Agency"), and any natural or legal person making a booking on www.nzzor.com ("the Customer").
Any booking made on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. The Customer acknowledges having read and accepted them, via the checkbox provided, before validating payment.
These Terms are published in Arabic and French. This English translation is informational only.
Article 3 — Services offered
In accordance with Annex 3 of the merchant agreement, the Agency offers the following goods and services for online sale:
- Hotel and tourist accommodation bookings;
- Booking and organisation of tourist stays and trips;
- Sale of airline tickets and transport documents;
- Tourist transport services;
- Tourist transfers and journeys;
- Services connected with tourism and travel;
- Any other tourism service offered by ALLOUNI TRAVEL AGENCY (NZZOR) in accordance with its licensed activity.
The Agency acts as an intermediary between the Customer and partner hotel establishments, which remain the direct providers of accommodation. The identity of the establishment providing the service is shown on each listing and on the booking summary before validation.
All goods and services offered are available for sale within Algerian territory at the time of the transaction.
Article 4 — Booking process
- Search and selection — The Customer selects an establishment, stay dates, room type and board arrangement.
- Information entry — The Customer provides the lead traveller's details and contact information.
- Summary — A detailed summary displays the establishment, dates, number of nights, room type, board and the total amount payable, all taxes included, before any validation.
- Acceptance of Terms — The Customer declares having read and accepted these Terms.
- Payment — The Customer is redirected to the secure SATIM payment platform.
- Confirmation — A confirmation is sent to the Customer by email.
The contract of sale is formed when the Customer receives the booking confirmation, following payment authorisation by the interbank platform.
Article 5 — Prices
All prices displayed are in Algerian Dinars (DZD), inclusive of all taxes.
The final amount payable, including all taxes and any applicable charges, is displayed clearly and prominently on the payment page before the order is validated. No additional cost is applied beyond the displayed amount.
The Agency undertakes to apply the prices displayed on its site at the time of booking. Prices may change, but the applicable price is the one in force on the date the booking is validated.
Article 6 — Payment terms
6.1 Accepted payment methods
Online payment is made exclusively by CIB interbank card and Edahabia card (Algérie Poste), via the secure payment platform operated by SATIM.
In accordance with Article 5 of the merchant agreement, international cards issued by Algerian banking institutions cannot be used on an Algerian merchant website.
6.2 Minimum amount
In accordance with Annex 1 of the merchant agreement, a minimum amount of 100 DZD is required to complete an online payment transaction.
6.3 Payment security
Transactions are secured by the SSL protocol and the 3D Secure authentication scheme operated within the Interbank Monetary Network.
The Agency never has access to the Customer's card details. Card data is entered exclusively on SATIM's secure servers and does not pass through the Agency's website. No card data is stored by the Agency.
6.4 Electronic receipt
At the end of each payment operation, an electronic receipt is made available to the Customer, with the ability to print and save it. The receipt includes the merchant's name and address, tax identification number, commercial register number, amount, date and time, authorisation number and transaction identifier, and identification of the service booked.
6.5 Declined authorisation
Any transaction for which the authorisation request does not receive a positive response from the payment platform is rejected. No booking is confirmed without payment authorisation.
Article 7 — Territorial scope
In accordance with Article 7.3.5 of the merchant agreement, the Agency refuses any transaction specifying a delivery address outside Algeria.
The services covered by these Terms are performed within Algerian territory.
Article 8 — Confirmation and delivery of the service
8.1 Delivery time
The booking confirmation, together with the voucher, is sent to the Customer by email immediately following payment authorisation, and in any event within twenty-four (24) hours.
Where a booking is subject to prior confirmation by the establishment (marked "on request"), the Agency informs the Customer of the processing time, which may not exceed forty-eight (48) hours. If no confirmation is received within that period, the Customer may cancel the order and obtain a full refund.
8.2 Contents of the confirmation
The confirmation states the booking reference, the establishment's identity and address, arrival and departure dates, room type, board arrangement, number of travellers and the amount paid.
8.3 Presentation at the establishment
The Customer presents the voucher together with valid photographic identification on arrival at the establishment.
Article 9 — Cancellation and modification
The applicable cancellation conditions are those of the establishment booked. They are displayed on the establishment's listing and repeated on the booking summary before payment is validated.
Any cancellation or modification request must be sent to the Agency by email at contact@nzzor.com or by telephone on the numbers in Article 1, quoting the booking reference.
The maximum period within which the Customer may cancel an order, where the service allows it, is that shown on the establishment's listing and on the booking confirmation.
Article 10 — Refunds
In accordance with Article 16 of the merchant agreement:
- Every refund is made in full and online, by re-crediting the card used for payment;
- No refund, whether full or partial, may be made by any other payment method;
- Refunds are initiated within seven (7) days of the cancellation request being accepted;
- The time taken for the credit to appear depends on the Customer's issuing bank.
Article 11 — Complaints
In accordance with Article 15 of the merchant agreement:
The Customer's period for lodging a complaint is ninety (90) days from the transaction date.
Complaints must be submitted in writing to contact@nzzor.com or by post to the registered office in Article 1, specifying the booking reference and the grounds for complaint.
The Agency acknowledges receipt of every complaint and undertakes to respond as promptly as possible.
For payment difficulties, the Customer may also contact SATIM free of charge on 3020.
Article 12 — After-sales service
After-sales service is the Agency's direct responsibility and can be reached:

Article 13 — Liability
The Agency is responsible for the proper performance of the contract of sale towards the Customer.
The Agency cannot be held liable for:
- non-performance or improper performance attributable to the Customer;
- force majeure as defined by the Algerian Civil Code;
- failure of telecommunications networks or service interruptions beyond its control.
Information about establishments (descriptions, photographs, facilities) is supplied by partner establishments. The Agency verifies this information but cannot guarantee that no change has occurred since publication.
Article 14 — Personal data protection
Personal information provided by the Customer is necessary to process the booking. It is processed in accordance with Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data.
In accordance with Article 23 of the merchant agreement, personal information concerning online purchasers is covered by professional secrecy in the legal sense.
This data is disclosed only to the partner establishments concerned by the booking and to banking bodies for payment processing. It is never transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
The Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data by writing to contact@nzzor.com.
Article 15 — Record retention
In accordance with Article 7.5.3 of the merchant agreement and Article 12 of the Algerian Commercial Code, the Agency archives and retains all documents relating to transactions, as supporting evidence, for ten (10) years from the date of the operation.
Article 16 — Intellectual property
All elements making up www.nzzor.com (trade mark, logo, structure, text, photographs, software development) are the exclusive property of ALLOUNI TRAVEL AGENCY or its partners. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
Article 17 — Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Algerian law, and in particular Law No. 18-05 of 10 May 2018 on electronic commerce.
Any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of these Terms shall be settled amicably. Failing amicable settlement, the dispute shall be brought before the territorially competent Algerian courts.
Article 18 — Amendments
The Agency reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force on the date the Customer validates the booking. The date of last update appears at the head of this document.
